Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ninospy platform, website and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Novrya Group LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England & Wales under company number OC458428, with its registered office at 32 Kinburn Street, London SE16 6DW, United Kingdom ("Ninospy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Ninospy is a software-as-a-service research tool for e-commerce professionals. It aggregates and analyzes publicly available advertising and store information — including advertising transparency data — and presents it with filters, analytics, estimates and AI-assisted features to help users research advertising and product trends.

Reach and spend figures for EU-targeted advertising are derived from official transparency data. Traffic, revenue and sales-activity figures shown in the Service are estimates derived from public signals. They are provided for research purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. The Service does not provide financial, investment or business advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
Accounts are personal. Sharing login credentials or reselling access is not permitted.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions (for example, monthly) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method the applicable fee automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Prices, plan features and usage limits are shown at the point of purchase and may change; changes apply from your next billing period after reasonable notice.
You can cancel at any time via the customer portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and, if unsuccessful, downgrade or suspend paid features.
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT), which are calculated at checkout where required.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

scrape, crawl, bulk-export or systematically extract data from the Service, or use bots or automated scripts against it;
resell, redistribute or make the Service or its data available to third parties, or use it to build a competing product;
circumvent usage limits, security measures or access controls;
use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding and compiled databases, is owned by Novrya Group LLP or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business research during your subscription. Third-party trademarks (including Facebook and Meta) belong to their respective owners; Ninospy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Third-party content and sources

The Service displays information derived from publicly available sources, including advertisements created by third parties. Such content belongs to its respective owners and is shown for research and analysis purposes. If you believe content shown in the Service infringes your rights, contact us at support@ninospy.com and we will review it promptly.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, add or remove features, and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the data and estimates in the Service at your own judgement and risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novrya Group LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or risk to the Service, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 8, 9 and 12) survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
