This Privacy Policy explains how Novrya Group LLP ("Ninospy", "we", "us") — registered in England & Wales, Company No. OC458428, 32 Kinburn Street, London SE16 6DW, United Kingdom — collects and uses personal data when you use the Ninospy website and platform (the "Service"). We are the data controller for this processing. We comply with the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

The research data displayed in the Service (advertisements, store and product information) is aggregated from publicly available sources and concerns businesses and their public advertising — it is not collected from your device.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, per-user data isolation and secure credential storage. No system is 100% secure; notify us immediately at support@ninospy.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
