This Privacy Policy explains how Novrya Group LLP ("Ninospy", "we", "us") — registered in England & Wales, Company No. OC458428, 32 Kinburn Street, London SE16 6DW, United Kingdom — collects and uses personal data when you use the Ninospy website and platform (the "Service"). We are the data controller for this processing. We comply with the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

The research data displayed in the Service (advertisements, store and product information) is aggregated from publicly available sources and concerns businesses and their public advertising — it is not collected from your device.
2. Legal bases
- Contract — providing the Service you signed up for, managing your account and subscription.
- Legitimate interests — securing and improving the Service, preventing abuse and fraud.
- Legal obligation — accounting, tax and compliance requirements.
- Consent — where required, e.g. for non-essential cookies or marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
3. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under data-processing agreements, including:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
- cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that run the Service;
- email delivery providers for transactional messages (e.g. verification codes);
- analytics providers that help us understand aggregate usage.
Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and keep the Service secure. Where we use non-essential cookies or similar technologies (such as analytics), we ask for consent where required. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
5. Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account exists and for a limited period afterwards to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Billing records are kept as long as required by tax law. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 6).

Under the UK/EU GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@ninospy.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens; or the authority in your country of residence.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, per-user data isolation and secure credential storage. No system is 100% secure; notify us immediately at support@ninospy.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
8. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
